Lattafa Yara Tous: Mango, Coconut and Sunlit White Flowers
Yara Tous smells like a holiday fruit platter set beside a vase of jasmine. Mango leads, and it’s juicy, golden and very much the star, with coconut adding creaminess and passion fruit a tart edge. The heart softens into jasmine, orange blossom and heliotrope, and the base settles into vanilla, musk and the warm, slightly woody cashmeran. It’s the summer-coded member of the Lattafa Yara line, and the brightest fruity option in our Lattafa perfumes range.
The Scent Profile
Top: mango, coconut, passion fruit. Mango dominates. It’s ripe and sweet, closer to mango sorbet than to fresh-cut fruit. Coconut rounds it into something creamy, and passion fruit adds just enough sourness to stop the opening turning into syrup. Some wearers find a fresh bottle slightly synthetic at first. Letting it rest helps.
Heart: jasmine, orange blossom, heliotrope. The white florals come through creamy rather than heady. Orange blossom adds a sunny, slightly soapy lift, and heliotrope brings the same powdery-almond softness found in the original Yara. This is what makes Tous feel like part of the family.
Base: vanilla, musk, cashmeran. The dry-down is warm and clean. Vanilla keeps the sweetness going, musk smooths it, and cashmeran, a soft woody-musky material, gives it a velvety finish.
How Yara Tous Compares
Lattafa names no inspiration for Yara Tous. UK retailers often sell it against Sol de Janeiro fragrances, but that framing comes from shops, not the manufacturer. On Fragrantica, reviewers most often compare it to Mugler Alien Goddess and Paco Rabanne Fame, with Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa ’62 and Dior Hypnotic Poison also mentioned.
The Alien Goddess and Fame comparisons point to the creamy white-floral-and-vanilla part of Tous. Both of those designer scents are jasmine-led, and Fame adds mango in a similar way. The difference is balance. Tous is much more obviously fruity and tropical, with coconut up front, and less polished and floral than either. Think of it as a sunnier, fruitier cousin, not a copy.
Lattafa Perfumes is an independent UAE house with no affiliation to, licence from, or endorsement by Mugler, Paco Rabanne, Sol de Janeiro, Dior or any other brand named here.
Lattafa Yara Tous Performance & When To Wear
Yara Tous is rated 3.80 out of 5 on Fragrantica from about 4,200 votes. The individual longevity and sillage tallies weren’t available to us, and the written reviews genuinely disagree. Some wearers report a long day’s wear, while others say it drops to a skin scent within an hour or two. We’ve set the bars in the middle and would rather tell you the evidence is split than pretend otherwise. Spraying clothing extends it noticeably.
Heat is where it shines. Spring and summer, beach days, holidays, brunches. In cold weather the fruit goes flat.
Who It’s For
Tous is for anyone who loves mango and coconut and wants a cheerful, easy summer scent. Lattafa and Fragrantica list it for women. If you dislike tropical fruit or sweet fragrances, skip it. It isn’t subtle about either.
How it compares with the other houses we stock
Arabiyat Prestige Nyla (£39.99, 80ml) is the closest match in our range: coconut up top with peach instead of mango, then tiare, jasmine and white flowers over musk and patchouli. It’s more floral and a touch fresher. Tous is fruitier and sweeter.
For a less floral tropical, Khadlaj Island (£27.99) swaps mango for pineapple and pairs its coconut with woods, tonka, sandalwood and ambergris. It’s warmer and more unisex than Tous, with no white-floral heart.
Meet Tous’s Sisters
If mango feels too summery for you, the rest of the family is worth a look. The original Yara (£17.99) is built on orchid, tropical fruits and vanilla, a softer everyday option for spring. Yara Elixir (£21.99) pairs strawberry with caramel and vanilla, so it’s the one to reach for once the evenings turn cold. All three share that vanilla thread, and they sit together on our Lattafa Yara collection page.
Price, Size & What You Get
Yara Tous is sold as a 100ml Eau de Parfum. At 20p per millilitre it’s a cheap way to own a dedicated summer scent. Note that Lattafa also makes a separate Yara Tous body mist, which is a different, lighter product.

Lattafa Yara Tous FAQs
What does Lattafa Yara Tous smell like?
Ripe mango and coconut with a tart passion-fruit edge, softened by jasmine, orange blossom and heliotrope, and finishing on vanilla, musk and cashmeran. It’s sweet, sunny and tropical.
What are the full Yara Tous notes?
Top: mango, coconut, passion fruit. Heart: jasmine, orange blossom, heliotrope. Base: vanilla, musk, cashmeran. Fragrantica and Lattafa list the same pyramid.
Is Yara Tous a dupe of anything?
Lattafa doesn’t say so. Fragrantica reviewers most often compare it to Mugler Alien Goddess and Paco Rabanne Fame, and some mention Sol de Janeiro. It shares a creamy white-floral vanilla feel with those but is far more tropical and fruit-led. Lattafa has no affiliation with any of these brands.
How long does Yara Tous last?
Fragrantica reviews are split. Some wearers get long wear, others find it fades to a skin scent fairly quickly. Spraying clothing helps.
Is Yara Tous for women?
Lattafa and Fragrantica list it for women.
How much is Yara Tous in the UK?
£19.99 for the 100ml Eau de Parfum at Khaleej Scents, with free UK delivery and no minimum spend.
How is Yara Tous different from the original Yara?
The original Yara is powdery and creamy with orchid, heliotrope and soft fruit. Tous shares the heliotrope but leads with mango and coconut and adds jasmine and orange blossom, which makes it brighter, fruitier and more summery.
Notes verified against Fragrantica and lattafa.com in September 2026. Both list the same pyramid. Launch year 2023 per Fragrantica; no perfumer is credited there.
