Lattafa Eclaire is the viral caramel-milk gourmand: caramel, milk and sugar up top, honey and white flowers in the heart, and a long vanilla, praline and musk dry-down. It smells rich, edible and cosy, and it’s built for cold weather. 100ml Eau de Parfum, £20.99, free UK delivery.

Lattafa Eclaire: Caramel, Warm Milk and a Honeyed Heart

Eclaire smells like a patisserie window in December. Glossy caramel comes first, then warm milk and a sprinkle of sugar. Honey and a soft white-floral note stop it from going flat, and the long finish is vanilla, praline and musk. It came out in 2024, spread quickly on social media, and now sits among Lattafa’s most-rated fragrances on Fragrantica, where it holds about 4.1 out of 5 from nearly ten thousand votes. In the Lattafa perfumes range it’s the creamiest gourmand we stock.

The Scent Profile

Top: caramel, milk and sugar. The opening is sweet and creamy. Caramel gives it gloss, milk adds a soft lactonic roundness, and sugar brightens it. Many Fragrantica reviewers say a new bottle opens with a sharp alcohol edge that fades within about twenty minutes and improves further after a few weeks of rest.

Heart: honey and white flowers. This is the stage that makes Eclaire more interesting than a straight dessert. Honey brings a golden, slightly animalic warmth. The white flowers add a light floral lift that keeps the sweetness from becoming one-dimensional.

Base: vanilla, praline and musk. The finish lasts. Vanilla deepens, praline adds a toasted, nutty note, and musk makes it soft and skin-like. This is the part that stays on jumpers and scarves.

How It Compares

Lattafa doesn’t name an inspiration for Eclaire. The comparison comes from the community: on Fragrantica, reviewers often compare it to Giardini di Toscana Bianco Latte. It’s the most repeated designer comparison on the page, and several reviewers go as far as calling it a dupe. The shared ground is the caramel-milk-vanilla accord. The difference is in the heart. Bianco Latte’s published pyramid leans on coumarin and honey, while Eclaire adds white flowers, and reviewers generally find Eclaire sweeter and louder. We won’t give you a percentage match, because no honest source measures one. If you love Bianco Latte, expect the same family of scent at a much lower price, not an identical bottle.

Lattafa Perfumes has no affiliation with, licence from, or endorsement by Giardini di Toscana or any other brand named here. We name it only to help you place the style.

Eclaire Performance & When To Wear

Performance at a Glance
Drawn from Fragrantica reviewer reports, not our own claims. See the sourcing note below
LONGEVITY · reviewers consistently describe it as long-lasting, for days on clothing
PROJECTION · strong, noticeable without being overwhelming at two sprays
SWEETNESS · high: this is a proper gourmand
OFFICE SAFE · one spray, on clothing
BEST SEASONS
Winter ●●●Autumn ●●●Spring ●○○Summer ○○○

We couldn’t read Fragrantica’s numerical longevity and sillage vote tallies, so there are no figures here. The written reviews, though, are close to unanimous: Eclaire lasts a long time on skin and even longer on fabric, and the projection is strong. Reviewers call it a “blanket season” fragrance and warn that heat makes it cloying. A minority notice a harsh, chemical or even “burnt rubber” note in the opening. That usually settles, but it’s worth knowing about.

Save it for autumn and winter: cosy weekends, evenings out, cold days. For the office, one spray on clothing is enough.

Who It’s For

Eclaire is for gourmand lovers: people who want to smell edible, warm and comforting. If you already enjoy caramel, vanilla and praline, it’s close to a safe choice. If sweet fragrances turn cloying on your skin, or you prefer fresh or dry scents, give this one a miss. Lattafa and Fragrantica both list it for women, and it reads feminine to most people, though men who already wear gourmands wear it happily.

How It Compares with the Other Houses We Stock

Khadlaj Cream Velvet (£29.99) is its closest neighbour on our shelves. It has buttery caramel on top and honey and jasmine in the heart, drying down to amber, vanilla and musk, and reviewers place it in the same Bianco Latte family. Cream Velvet is an Extrait, so it’s richer and more buttery. Eclaire is milkier and sugarier. If you want the vanilla without the dessert, Khadlaj Sawaar Vanille Blanc (£29.99) is a powdery vanilla over sandalwood and benzoin, softer and far less sweet.

More Lattafa Gourmands for Eclaire Fans

If Eclaire’s milky vanilla is what draws you in, Nebras Elixir (£23.99) shares the milk and vanilla but adds heliotrope for a powdery, softer finish. Yara Elixir (£21.99) keeps the caramel and vanilla and brings in strawberry, so it reads fruitier and brighter. For a sweeter, more playful dessert, Rave Now Women (£15.99) pairs red fruits and marshmallow with vanilla. All three suit cosy autumn and winter wear. Lattafa Eclaire FAQs

What does Lattafa Eclaire smell like?

Glossy caramel and warm milk with a touch of sugar, then honey and soft white flowers, then a long vanilla, praline and musk finish. It’s creamy, sweet and edible, like a caramel dessert in fragrance form.

What are the full Eclaire notes?

Top: caramel, milk, sugar. Heart: honey, white flowers. Base: vanilla, praline, musk. Fragrantica and Lattafa’s own site list the same eight notes.

Is Eclaire a Bianco Latte dupe?

Lattafa doesn’t say so. On Fragrantica it’s the comparison reviewers make most often, and some call it a dupe. The two share a caramel-milk-vanilla core, but Eclaire uses white flowers where Bianco Latte leans on coumarin, and reviewers find Eclaire sweeter and louder. Treat it as a close relative rather than a copy. Lattafa has no affiliation with Giardini di Toscana.

How long does Eclaire last?

Fragrantica reviewers consistently describe it as long-lasting, with some saying it stays on clothing for days. We couldn’t read the numerical vote tallies, so we won’t quote hours.

Is Eclaire for women or unisex?

Lattafa and Fragrantica both list it for women. It reads feminine to most noses, but anyone who loves gourmands can wear it.

How much is Eclaire in the UK?

£20.99 for 100ml Eau de Parfum at Khaleej Scents, with free UK delivery and no minimum spend.

Why does my new bottle smell sharp?

Many Fragrantica reviewers report an alcohol-heavy or chemical opening on a fresh bottle. It usually settles within twenty minutes on skin and improves after a few weeks’ rest in a cool, dark place.

Notes verified against Fragrantica and lattafa.com in September 2026; the two sources agree. Launch year and community rating are from Fragrantica, which lists no perfumer. Comparisons and performance notes summarise Fragrantica reviews and are attributed as such. We don’t claim any wear-testing figures of our own. Written by Shaheen Shah Abrar, Khaleej Scents.
