Arabiyat Prestige Qissat Al Najah Nedawi — Passion Fruit and Oud, in the Oud Maracujá Mould
Passion Fruit · Bergamot · Leather · Oud · Rose · Labdanum · Benzoin · Patchouli · Musk — 100ml Eau de Parfum, 100% authentic, free UK delivery.
Qissat Al Najah means “the story of success”, and Nedawi is the warm, fruity chapter of that collection. It opens on tart, juicy passion fruit, sharpened by bergamot and edged with leather from the first spray. The heart is smooth, ambered oud with rose and sticky labdanum; the base is benzoin, patchouli and musk.
Why Oud Maracujá comes up. On Fragrantica, reviewer after reviewer names Maison Crivelli’s Oud Maracujá, and the published note lists back them up: seven of Nedawi’s nine notes are in Oud Maracujá’s pyramid. There is a complication, though — the brand’s US site links a similarly named product to a different fragrance altogether. We explain both below.
The Nedawi Scent Pyramid
Nine notes. The listing from Arabiyat Prestige’s parent company, My Perfumes, and Fragrantica agree on all of them (My Perfumes calls the labdanum “cistus”, the plant it comes from).
Tart, slightly tropical passion fruit is the signature, with bergamot for lift and leather underneath so the fruit has something to push against. Fragrantica reviewer c3c3y0 describes it as “passionfruit dipped in ambered oud”.
The oud is smooth and rounded rather than medicinal — a gentle way in if oud has scared you before. Rose adds warmth; labdanum binds the fruit to the wood with amber resin.
Sweet, resinous benzoin, earthy patchouli and clean musk: rich, balsamic and warm without getting heavy.

Nedawi vs Oud Maracujá — Where They Meet and Where They Don’t
Oud Maracujá’s Fragrantica pyramid lists passion fruit, fruity notes, saffron and Turkish rose; oud, benzoin and patchouli leaf; leather, akigalawood, amber, vanilla and labdanum. Seven of Nedawi’s nine notes are in that list.

| Our grade | B+ — strong overlap and several named reviewers; not brand-stated; smoother and sweeter | |
Maison Crivelli for the rawer, stronger original. Nedawi for a smoother take on the same pairing.
What named reviewers say. On Fragrantica, c3c3y0 says it “clearly nods to Oud Maracujá, but smoother, sweeter, less abrasive”; ribletman calls it “basically, the oud maracuja DNA”; Arsenal Till I Die “instantly knew it was probably a MC – Oud Maracujá clone”; and HeroCat456 finds it “more feminine and crowd-pleasing”. Arabiyat Prestige has no affiliation with Maison Crivelli.
The Rouge Chaotique question. Arabiyat Prestige’s US site sells a product called “Qissat Al Najah Kiamichi Nedawi” and says it is “inspired by Rouge Chaotique by Byredo”. But the note list on that page — saffron, blackcurrant, plum, praline, oak, papyrus — is a different fragrance from the one we sell, which has no plum or praline and is built on passion fruit. One Fragrantica reviewer, laggaboom4, also mentions Rouge Chaotique. We think the US page mixes up two products in the collection, so we have not used Rouge Chaotique as the comparison. Arabiyat Prestige has no affiliation with Byredo either.
Want the Oud Maracujá direction for less? Khadlaj Fursan Brown (£19.99) is the other option we stock. We grade that one B+ too in our Khadlaj dupes guide. Nedawi is the fruitier of the two, with more obvious passion fruit.
Performance — What We Know, and What We Don’t
With 41 votes, the evidence is still thin. ribletman says it is “quite strong and powerful. I use about half of my normal sprays”, and EsaAbd reports “around 8-10 hours on skin with good performance for the first 4ish hours”. That is one hours report, not a pattern, so we don’t put a number on it. Start with one or two sprays.

Good to Know Before You Buy
- Go light. Reviewers describe it as strong; one or two sprays is enough, especially indoors.
- A friendly oud. The fruit and rose make it one of the gentler ways into oud we sell.
- Check the full name. Qissat Al Najah is a collection. Nedawi is the fruity oud; other names in the line are different fragrances.
- Cooler months suit it best, though the fruit keeps it wearable on a mild spring evening.
Why Buy Nedawi From Khaleej Scents
Every bottle is genuine Arabiyat Prestige, sourced from authorised distribution. We check every note list against the brand’s own listing and independent sources such as Fragrantica, and we describe performance from what wearers consistently report rather than from our own lab claims. Where a brand page contradicts itself, as the US listing does here, we tell you rather than repeat it.
