Arabiyat Prestige Uhud: Caramel, Honey and Creamy Vanilla
Uhud makes no attempt to be subtle, and that is entirely the point. It opens on thick caramel with juicy red fruits laid over it and a soft rose running underneath — sweet immediately, but with enough fruit acidity to stop the caramel becoming syrup. The heart brings honey and tonka, both of which deepen the sweetness, while raspberry keeps a tart, slightly floral brightness running through the middle.
The dry-down is creamy vanilla over white musk and amber: soft, enveloping and warm. Released in 2025 and composed by perfumer Silvia Martinelli, Uhud is the most straightforwardly delicious thing in the Arabiyat Prestige perfumes UK catalogue, and among wearers who like gourmands it has become one of the most enthusiastically recommended.
The Scent Profile
Top — caramel, red fruits, rose. Caramel leads and it is rich rather than burnt. Red fruits give it juice, and the rose is soft and almost incidental at this stage — it is there to add a floral roundness rather than to be noticed as rose.
Heart — honey, raspberry, tonka. Honey is what separates Uhud from the crowd of vanilla gourmands. It adds a golden, slightly waxy sweetness that sits somewhere between the fruit and the base, and tonka thickens everything into something almost custard-like. Raspberry is the counterweight — sharp enough to keep the whole thing from cloying, at least for most wearers.
Base — vanilla, white musk, amber. Creamy and comforting. The white musk keeps it clean rather than heavy, and the amber gives a warm glow underneath. This is a soft, close dry-down rather than a projecting one.
How Uhud Compares to Bianco Latte — the Honest Version
Several UK retailers sell Uhud with the line “inspired by Bianco Latte” attached, and for once the note lists make that easy to check. Giardini di Toscana publishes just five notes for Bianco Latte: caramel on top, honey and coumarin in the heart, vanilla and white musks in the base. Uhud contains every one of them — caramel, honey, vanilla and white musk by name, and tonka bean, which is the natural source of coumarin and does the same job. On the published pyramids, Uhud has the complete Bianco Latte skeleton inside it.
What Uhud adds is the reason it is not a straight copy: red fruits, rose, raspberry and amber sit on top of that skeleton. Where Bianco Latte is milk and caramel and very little else, Uhud is brighter and more playful — closer to berry ripple ice cream than to warm milk. It is also softer in projection and a fraction of the outlay: Bianco Latte lists at €125 for 100ml against £39.99 here.
One thing worth being straight about: the inspired-by line comes from retailers, not from Arabiyat Prestige. The brand’s own copy talks about nostalgia and childhood memories and names no reference fragrance at all. We think the comparison is well-founded on the notes, but it is a third-party claim rather than the manufacturer’s, and that distinction matters. We applied the same test to Khadlaj Cream Velvet, where the Bianco Latte claim held up far less well and we graded it B− in our honest dupes list. Uhud is the stronger of the two on paper.

Arabiyat Prestige Uhud Performance & When To Wear
Uhud is a cold-weather fragrance and should be treated as one. Multiple wearers report that it becomes heavy and cloying in heat — one described a full spray as headache-inducing and specifically warned against summer or tropical weather. In cool air the same sweetness reads comforting rather than suffocating. If you live somewhere warm, or you are buying for summer, this is not the right bottle.
Projection is soft rather than aggressive and the dry-down stays close to the skin, which is typical of a musk-and-vanilla base. Autumn and winter, daytime and evening alike. Two sprays is genuinely enough here — this is a fragrance that punishes a heavy hand.
Who It’s For & Styling
Uhud is for committed gourmand wearers. If you already know you like caramel, honey and vanilla, this is one of the better executions available at the price. If sweet fragrances usually give you a headache, believe that instinct — the negative reviews for Uhud almost all come from people who do not normally wear gourmands.
One genuinely useful tip that comes up repeatedly: Uhud is exceptional for layering. Wearers describe it as making other fragrances smell more expensive, adding a creamy tonka-vanilla base underneath something sharper or thinner. If you have a fragrance you like but find too flat, a single spray of Uhud beneath it is worth trying.

Across UK stockists in August 2026 we found it between £34.99 and £39.99, against a list price quoted as high as £50, so anything much above £40 is worth questioning. At 40p per millilitre it sits with the rest of the Arabiyat Prestige range we stock, and the fragrance it is most often compared to costs roughly two and a half times as much per ml.

Is Uhud a dupe of Bianco Latte?
It is the closest thing we stock, and the notes support it: all five of Giardini di Toscana’s published Bianco Latte notes — caramel, honey, coumarin, vanilla and white musk — appear in Uhud, with tonka bean supplying the coumarin. But Uhud layers red fruits, rose, raspberry and amber over that base, which makes it fruitier and brighter than the original’s plain milk-and-caramel. Note also that the inspired-by claim comes from retailers; Arabiyat Prestige makes no such claim itself.
Is Uhud too sweet?
For some people, yes — and honestly so. Wearers who do not usually wear gourmands describe it as heavy and cloying, particularly in warm weather. Wearers who do enjoy gourmands frequently rate it among their favourites. Your existing taste in sweet fragrances is the best predictor here.
How long does Uhud last?
